InteractXP provides comprehensive done-for-you AI marketing services for local restaurants. Our scope includes:

Your success depends on your participation. You are responsible for:
Billing Cycle: Monthly, on the same calendar day each month as your service start date.
Payment Method: All payments are processed through Zylvie (our payment processor). By signing this agreement, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.
Invoice: You will receive an invoice before each billing date. Invoices are emailed to the contact email on file.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified within 24 hours. You have 7 days to resolve the issue. Service may be suspended if payment is not received.
No Hidden Fees: Pricing is flat and all-inclusive. There are no setup fees, per-review fees, or surprise charges.
Service Term: This agreement is month-to-month. Either party may terminate with written notice.
Cancellation Notice: To cancel, email hello@interactxp.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your service remains active through the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds: Monthly fees are non-refundable. Early termination does not entitle you to a refund for the current month.
Suspension: InteractXP may suspend service if: (a) payment is not received within 30 days of the billing date, (b) you violate the terms of this agreement, or (c) you fail to provide required access or information.
License: You grant InteractXP a limited license to use your business name, restaurant images, and testimonials for marketing and case study purposes (only with your written permission).

This does not prevent disclosure required by law or court order.
No Guaranteed Results: InteractXP cannot guarantee specific results, including: number of reviews, call volume, website traffic, or revenue. Marketing results vary based on your location, cuisine, pricing, quality, local competition, and market conditions.
Service Availability: While we work to maintain 99% uptime, we do not guarantee service availability and are not liable for losses due to platform outages or third-party service interruptions.
Maximum Liability: InteractXP's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
InteractXP reserves the right to modify service delivery methods and tools to improve results or respond to platform changes. We will notify you of significant changes in advance. Service tiers and pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice.
This Service Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and InteractXP regarding marketing services. Any previous agreements or understandings are superseded.
